Summoning a Guardian   
  Before a massive door stood a woman with coal black hair. She was tall and thin with pale, moonlight cast skin. From the look of her, she was somewhere in her middle years.     The door was large, square, and black. It had a silver circle in the center of it.

       Ayla's silvery eyes flashed around anxiously as she searched for any sign of the strange people who had broken in her house, and were now looking for her. I ran as fast as I could. My head was throbbing, my heart pounding. I couldn’t risk slowing down and resting. The night was a clear, crisp one. I almost wished it was rainy, or thick with mist. That way I’d have some cover.  I hear the screech of car wheels and know I have been seen. Peering over my shoulder, I see the old red Subaru, with a boy halfway out of the window shouting and pointing at me.  
“Give me a break,” I complain and dash across the street after checking it was clear. I don’t usually J walk, but at the moment my only concern was the car chasing me. That’ll slow them down a bit, I think

That night Ayla noticed Titan leave the camp site as the group sat around the fire. No one had said anything since the attack.  
“Be right back” Ayla muttered to Asana, who had curiously looked up, and headed to where Titan had disappeared.  
She found him leaning against a tree. “Titan?” He looked up. His eyes were a pale color, reacting to some emotion. His jaw was clenched and his knuckles white.

It all started getting weird that day in self defense…   
The class had started with stretches a small jog and form kicks and punches. They then went threw a few exercises, which took up most of class time. Sensei now wanted them to pair up, and spar.  
 Ayla’s only friend in the class, wasn’t there today,so she was now waiting patiently, for whoever else was left without partner. If you dont get anything, or something isnt quite clear enough

But I've only typed a paragraph of it, so I'll post what i have

       Ayla ran as far as she could. Sweat poured off of her, and her breathing was ragged. She wanted to put as much distance between her and the dojo as possible. Only when she could run no more did she slow to a walk, and put her hands on her head to help her breathing.  As she turned the corner that led home, her thoughts kept repeating themselves.  What happened in there? What caused Connor to go flying so far? What was that black energy..? Ayla had so many questions she needed answers to, she felt she might explode!

The car screeched around the corner, and Ayla froze at the crosswalk. Maybe they were drunk or high on something. Or maybe they were just running late, but whatever there excuse they didn’t see her. Her mind screamed at her to run, or just to do something, but here body couldn’t.

       Ayla was allowed to stay home the next day during school. She rested, slept most of it with bathroom and food breaks. She had a lazy weekend.
